An exciting opportunity exists in our Volkswagen Service Department for an experienced Service Advisor to become a key part of our busy and successful business.
Based in Newmarket, this role will see you managing customer requirements for service and repair, including making bookings, loading the workshop to capacity, preparing and costing invoices, as well as all other duties to ensure our customers are receiving the highest standard of service.
To be successful you will need:
- Proven, current experience in a similar role, ideally within a European franchise dealership
- Excellent computer literacy and experience with in-house systems
- A passion for customer service
- Impeccable time management and organisational skills
