You will be valued by this lovely small team in this community based organisation.
Reporting to a delightful Accounts Manager your duties will include:
- Booking appointments & organising weekly schedules
- Paying contractors once a month
- Checking, matching and processing invoices
- Batching payments
- Covering reception when required and general admin
You will be welcomed for your senior admin & accounts experience. You’ll need outstanding communication skills, a high attention to detail and the ability to operate well in a close knit team driven environment .
A working knowledge of Xero at an intermediate to advanced level is essential.
This is a temp role for a minimum of 3 months commencing as soon as possible.
