This well-known New Zealand organisation require an experienced, high calibre Payroll Specialist to join their caring supportive team who are passionate about what they do.

We require an experienced Payroll professional to manage a sizeable function, in-house - someone who understands best practice process and risk management. This is an opportunity that will have you managing the existing payrolls while being able to identify opportunities to enhance and improve the processes and service levels.

You will ideally possess:

• Proven experience in a Payroll leadership position
• Experience with managing in-house payroll solutions
• Strong process and systems knowledge
• Superb communication skills
• A proactive approach to problem solving
