This will be a once in a life time opportunity to start a new branch in a sort after location with over 1200 used cars available for sale.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Inspiring the sales team
• Double closing
• Finance Quoting
• Manages day to day operations to ensure the accomplishment of targets
• Works with our in-house buyers to approve trade purchases
• Ensures outstanding customer service from the sales team
• Meets sales teams training requirements
• Performance management
• Manages all car stock
• Ensure sales administration systems, reports and record keeping are accurate and on time
• Experience in the motor industry in a similar role
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
