Our client is a full-service audit, tax and advisory firm who have over 1400 offices across 158 areas worldwide. The Wellington office has 120 staff and offer a positive and friendly environment. They support an ‘Open-Door’ policy to ensure all staff feel supported and valued. Our client still values time in lieu, overtime or time banking as they know that sometimes the long hours need to be put in to get a job completed on time. This is not a practise they encourage but like to reward their staff for their extra efforts. Flexible hours are supported within the 37.5 hour week.
The Role
The right candidate for this role will be a Senior Auditor who is ready to step into an Assistant Management role. The ability to motivate your staff to reach team and individual goals will be paramount. High standards will be the target and ensuring every client experience is positive will be the aim. This candidate will be able to use their initiative to come up with ideas on how to improve client services and implement these within the team. Working closely with the Manager will always be positive and productive. Promotion of the core beliefs of the firm are essential as the Assistant Manager will be a role model to the team.

Skills & Experience
- CA Qualification
- 4+ years Auditing experience
- Ready to step up into an Assistant Manager role
- Ability to positively and effectively manage a team
