We are seeking people with Composite manufacturing experience. This may be through Boatbuilding, Formula One or other Composite intensive fields.
Your Skill Set may include any one of these:

Processing of composite structures including laying of prepreg , wet laminates, infusion lay up and vacuum bagging

Measuring, marking out, fitting and bonding structural parts

Mould or plug fabrication
