You're an energetic Baker and you pride yourself on the quality of freshly bread and cakes you produce. Thrive in this fast paced environment working under pressure with tight time frames to meet opening hours. Receive a competitive salary and great team benefits.

Enjoy rising early and getting a jump start on the day with 1am starts. You'll love to test your creativity in decorating a selection of freshly made cakes and be able to create a range of crusty breads and soft doughs from scratch. As a strong leader you'll engage your team and have them working like a well oiled machine. Functioning independently in a largely autonomous role, this will be your chance to make an impression sure to rise you to the top of your career.

To really thrive in this role you'll:

• Hold a National Certificate in Baking

• Have demonstrated experience in producing the finest quality products

• Have strong and clear communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues

• Be a team player

• Be reliable and flexible in your working hours

• Have experience as a leader having worked in a similar role before
