You will be managing a team of three field roofing supervisors, each with roofing teams, and a small administration support team. With a proven track record in achieving quality outcomes, you will lead by example with a focus on customer service. Whilst construction industry experience would be valuable it is not critical.
Ideally you will be:
- A proactive and practical individual
- Able to think for yourself and solve problems
- Great at managing Site Supervisors with offsite staff, and admin team members
- Excellent at planning, scheduling and organising jobs to ensure deadlines are achieved
- Experienced in undertaking health and safety audits
- Able to get on with customers, colleagues and the public
- Computer competent
