Autorama is a large Vehicle Compliance business operating across three sites in Lower Hutt. We are looking for a Star All-rounder to fill a highly varied junior role in our company. You will be working 30 - 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30.

The main part of the role is data entry so you must have great computer skills and have some experience working with Microsoft Excel. Perhaps you have done a Microsoft suite course at tech or high school. You don't need to know all the bells and whistles but you need to be accurate. You will be responsible for setting up all the jobs we process so you must be able to cope with doing the same thing over and over again while being constantly interrupted.

Do you have your full Drivers licence? Are you a competent but careful driver and can you drive both automatic and manual cars? Do you have a clean driving record and treat cars with the love and respect they deserve? You will be expected to deliver vehicles between sites, pick up parts and generally run around after staff and clients. You must be able to park cars into tight spaces without damaging them. Its an advantage if you know your Honda Fit from your Mazda Demio and it would be great if you know how to groom a car.

Do you have a stand out personality, Friendly, Helpful with a "can do" attitude? You must be able to remain calm under pressure because you will be pulled from one task to another as our priorities change.

You will need a fabulous sense of humour and be able to get on well with people as you will be dealing with a large team and client base. In this role nothing is too big or too small, you get the morning teas for all sites, you vacuum the office and you also get to organise the staff functions. In addition you are helping the office manager answer the phones, reconcile invoices and bank statements and other basic admin tasks.

Salary range is $37,500 to $42,800 depending on experience
