ProCare is the largest network of primary healthcare professionals in New Zealand. We are now looking for a new Finance Controller to join the team and head up our wider Finance division.
Based at our head office in Grafton, this expansive senior role reports to the Chief Financial Officer & General Manager of Corporate Services and will be heavily involved in influencing and implementing change and improvement activities across the business, whilst ensuring prudent and effective financial management of all operations of our complex, multi-faceted business activities.
This role will suit a technically astute, analytical and hands-on senior finance professional who is adept at managing a wide range of stakeholders.
To be to be successful in this role you will have:
- 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role
- A strong background in management (services environment preferred) accounting, performance analysis and strategic financial development, including balance sheet performance management
- Demonstrable track record of establishing and sustaining a balanced and high performing team culture
- A process and systems orientated approach with a clear history of successfully implemented improvements - experience operating within commerce regulations strongly preferred
- Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing nature and the energy and enthusiasm to drive stakeholder buy-in at all levels
