Trade Counter Customer Service - Mt Wellington
Atlas Gentech is a leader in the wholesale market for Security, Communications and Data products.
We are looking for someone to join our team to look after our trade walk-in customers.
This position is responsible for the smooth and efficient supply of product to the client. It involves working collaboratively with other staff/branches to ensure customer satisfaction and branch efficiency.
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Duties include:
- Trade counter customer service;
- Entering, picking and delivering Sales Orders;
- Provide information and pricing in response to the customer enquiries;
- Participating in quarterly stocktakes;
- Processing of repairs/returned products;
- Professional phone manner;
- Warehouse restocking of shelves
Qualifications required for this position:
- Computer literacy;
- Good Communications Skills;
- Well Presented;
- Fork hoist license (preferred but not essential).
