Located in West Auckland, this dealership operation has a service facility catering for both incoming stock, warranty work, and customer service repairs.
The role
The role of Foreman looks after workshop operation in conjunction with the Service Manager.
This is a hands on repair role that also oversees supervision of the technicians.
The primary requirement is to have strong diagnostic skills across a broad range of European vehicles but primarily BMW, Land Rover, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, and Audi brands.
The vehicles that you will be working on are primarily late model, medium kilometre vehicle stock.
Skills required
You will need to be a trade qualified technician with good diagnostic and general repair skills.
You also need the capability of being able to lead up to 5 technicians as the Lead Technician / Foreman and be able to impart your skills to others when required.
