With a number of “conjoined” but integrally aligned trusts and entities coming under its umbrella, there is the need for you to ideally have a strong base in accounting that will complement a highly competent Office Manager.
  
Further to this fiscal literacy, relationship management skills are crucial in order to effectively engage with the governance group (Council) and across the sector, delivering to members’ needs, while driving specific outcomes via Head Office and/or through the Council members.
  
There are some significant goals for the profession to achieve around raising recognition, standards, and professional standing that this person will play both strategic and tactical roles in delivering.
  
The right person for this role is one who naturally and confidently engages at all levels; takes personal responsibility for achieving outcomes; enjoys a small team environment and contributing significantly to such; rolls their sleeves up without hesitation, this attitude being non-negotiable.
