In this interesting and challenging role you will gather, integrate, analyse, and present qualitative and quantitative data from across internal and external sources to help stakeholders make key business decisions. Communicating well with internal and external stakeholders will be crucial, along with understanding issues from a customer’s ‘point of view’.
The Analyst role will have a strong internal project focus initially, supporting management and the organisation’s planning, quality and reporting activities, but is expected to evolve to include working with specific sectors, territorial authorities and other stakeholder groups and associations. There will be a research and statistical analysis element to this role and the successful candidate will illustrate experience in these areas.
You will have proven experience in gathering data for analysis, identifying trends and patterns and interpreting data to gain insights and have exceptional communication skills enabling you to deal with technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will have an advanced level of Excel and preferably experience in using MicroStrategy & Crystal reports or similar tools such as Business Objects, SQL or R.
