Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and profitability of the Invercargill Branch. You will be skilled at motivating and leading staff to excel in performance, staff training and development, and ensure the branch remains competitive within our industry.
Ideally, we're looking for someone with a strong tertiary qualification, management experience and preferably a background in the transport industry. Your experience coupled with your exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills will be essential to excel in this position. You will be a proven leader and possess the ability to communicate with both customers and staff at all levels.
