Tristram European operates the Volkswagen & ŠKODA dealership on the North Shore of Auckland. The dealership is extremely successful within both brands in NZ .The dealership offers a unique service concept which means that our customers experience what is called '5 Star Hotel Service' in every aspect of the dealership.  This NEW role as Parts & Service Advisor has been developed to compliment and enhance the customer experience within our 'front of house' Service Team.

In order to be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate a strong Parts background in the NZ vehicle industry.You will need to demonstrate a minimum 2 years experience and proven experience in a position of Parts Advisor or a similar a position within a dealerships Parts Division.
You will be looking to take the next step in your career in a dual role located within the Service Team.
If you do not have any service team experience, we are able to offer training to equip you in the best possible way to take on this exciting position.

Your passion will be dealing 'face to face' with people, which are your external and internal customers.  You will live and breathe our 5 Star Hotel service philosophy to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

In addition the successful candidates will posses the following competencies:

  • Ability to adapt and work in a rapidly changing and evolving structure, flexibility and a very high level of urgency combined with similar levels of care and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A strong customer retention focus
  • Can work autonomously to meet targets
  • Can motivate a team to meet targets

An attractive remuneration package, based on skills and experience, will be negotiated with the successful candidate.

The position reports to the Service Operations Manager.
