Our client is well placed as New Zealand's leader in security services. They are now looking for a Client Services Manager based in Christchurch, to help drive their business forward.
You will have overall responsibility for the entire Christchurch function and eventually this could expand to cover the whole of the South Island.
Some of the key responsibilities of the role:
- Grow the market share of the business through strategic customer development, in line with business plans
- Account managing the client relationships for the region
- Improve the operational focus to be more proactive to support future growth
- Full P&L responsibility for the branch
About you:
- Strong management and leadership experience, ideally from a similar role
- Facilities management and/or logistics experience would be beneficial
- Proven relationship management experience in a service focused environment
- Exceptional people skills - this is a must have!
- Energy and enthusiasm
- Good commercial focus and experience
