Currie Group (NZ) Ltd, a market leading supplier to the Graphic Arts Industry, is looking for a field service engineer to join our service team based in Auckland. Currie Group represents key industry brands such as Horizon, HP Indigo, ABG, CRON, Scodix, OMET and other manufacturers. Our staff, support equipment and consumable offerings combined, provide a fully integrated Print Solution to hundreds of Companies throughout Australia and New Zealand. The Role

We are looking for a field service engineer to carry out Maintenance and repairs (folding, Stitching, Lamination, Guillotine, Label Finishing Etc), troubleshooting and remote support, installation and Commissioning to our NZ installation base, with a requirement to travel national & International from time to time, this is a pivotal role to the business as you will join the expanding Australian and New Zealand talented service team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Breakdown service & fault finding

• Installation & commissioning

• Customer training and mentoring

• Remote support repairs

• Ability to work with minimum supervision

• An individual who is driven and can develop customer relationships

• Great communication skills, can listen as well as have the ability to establish and build both internal and

  external relationships

• Great verbal and written skills

• IT Savvy

• Disciplined approach to service reporting including service hours and parts usage

• Ability to travel (when required) nationally & internationally
