We are looking for a front line Service Receptionist/Advisor to join our service team, and by front line we mean someone who can embody the professionalism and passion of the fine vehicles we represent.
The key responsibilities of this exciting and extremely important role will be managing the customer experience in our service department. You will be responsible for making bookings, costing of work completed, greeting customers and managing their needs and expectations.
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
- The skill to provide superior service and a seamless experience to our customers
- Time management, organisational and administrative skills
- Self-motivation and outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- A high standard of computer skills
- A ‘Can Do’ attitude
- Mechanical knowledge is preferable but not necessary
- Fun and outgoing personality
Full Training will be provided to ensure ease of transition into a dedicated team focused on providing the exceptional customer service standards for which this dealership and our brand have become recognized for.
