At present we have available a position for a Structural Steel Welder for both workshop fabrication and site work.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Fabrication And Welding Of Components
- Following Verbal Instructions And Working Drawings
- Interpreting Shop Drawings
- Cut And Fabricate Structural Steel Sections
- Cutting, Drilling, Punching And Tack Welding Steel Components
- Weld To Industrial Standards In Both Downhand And Vertical Positions
- Accounting For Time And Materials
- Attend Staff Training And Safety Meetings
- Comply With The Health And Safety Rules Of The Company
- Site Work For On Site Role
- Represent The Company Positively On Site
To be successful To be successful for this role you must be confident enough to complete tasks with minimum supervision. This is a Full Time position and you must be able to work 40 hours per week with the flexibility to work extra hours when required.
