Our customers include blue chip manufacturers and marketers of packaging products to the food, primary produce, industrial and grocery sectors.

Due to an internal shift, we now have an opportunity for a highly organised and experienced Accounts Receivable/ Office Administrator with a 'can do' attitude to join our team, working within a well-established Finance team.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will primarily be responsible for:

  • credit control
  • managing accounts receivable sales invoicing, reporting and enquiries
  • assisting in the preparation of month end financial accounts and reports
  • site administration including banking and petty cash, travel bookings, facilitating site visitors and other general administration duties
  • back up for accounts payable and payroll
  • maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.

What you need

To be successful in this role you will have and demonstrate in your application the following personal attributes and knowledge:

  • Previous experience in Credit Control and Accounts Receivable in a busy environment
  • Intermediate level knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
  • Experienced in utilising payroll systems (Chris21 desirable) and ERP systems such as SAP
  • Be efficient, organised and timely
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Team player with a customer focus
