In an exciting time for Farmlands we are looking for a Agri Innovation and Strategy Manager to join the team based in Christchurch. This is a role like no other - reporting to the GM Agri Products and Services this role is responsible for defining and establishing strategies to deliver Farmlands of the Future.
Innovation is at the heart of this role, you will champion the onboarding of technology and science products to support Farmlands Shareholders. You will identify areas of need and develop robust operating models to leverage Farmlands marketing position to increase revenue for Shareholders. You will drive a future focused innovation program from conception to execution to support the Farm of the Future in all aspects of technology. In this diverse leadership role, the Agri Innovation and Strategy Manager will work with multiple areas of the business to support and drive change.

We want an individual who can speak to the hearts and minds of our shareholders and key stakeholders - someone who can drive change and bring others on the journey with them.
