Associate Geotechnical Engineer

The opportunity
To be part of this exciting growth, we are looking for suitably qualified and experienced Senior/ Associate level Geotechnical Engineers to join our Auckland, Wellington and Tauranga teams. As part of a national Geotechnical team, you will have the opportunity to work on small to large projects in the region and across New Zealand. If you have a passion for helping people develop their careers and are keen to advance your own technical, management and leadership skills, then this opportunity is for you.

Working with some of New Zealand’s best practitioners to deliver flagship projects, you will:-

· Provide technical design advice for geotechnical and multi-disciplinary projects
· Be experienced in work planning and financial management
· Participate in, or lead, design teams
· Build strong internal and external relationships
· Prepare winning bids
· Be passionate about learning
· Develop and mentor others to grow successful careers

You will have a Civil Engineering Degree, with a strong track record earned in a consulting engineering environment. Your design experience will have been gained on infrastructure and multi-disciplinary projects. Self-motivated, you strive for technical excellence and exceeding client expectations. You are passionate about developing and motivating others, whilst ensuring that the team works collaboratively to deliver projects.
