About the role

We're looking for an experienced Quality Control Analyst (Chromatography) to join our Quality Control Laboratory on the day shift. The key responsibilities of this role will be to undertake scheduled analyses of raw materials, finished and speciality products in accordance with GMP/GLP. In addition there's an opportunity to provide technical support, method development and validation, dependent on successful candidates' level of expertise.

What you'll bring

  • High level of instrumentation skills (HPLC, GC, NIR) and competence in modern analytical chemistry techniques.
  • Tertiary qualification in Chemistry (BSc or equivalent) with proven background in pharmaceutical QC preferable.
  • Method development and validation experience would be advantageous.
  • Prior experience in GLP/GMP laboratories.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to produce accurate work of a superior standard.
  • The ability to work successfully under time constraints / meeting project deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work the day shift - 7.30 am - 4.00 pm.
  • Health & Safety and Security awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
