Pathlab Whakatane is a provider of high quality, efficient and progressive medical laboratory diagnostic services. We are locally owned by New Zealand Pathologists who practise in our laboratories and we are quality and people focused, helping approximately 500 patients per day in the Whakatane area.
We have the opportunity for a Phlebotomist to join our Patient Services team, working closely with patients in our community collection rooms based in Whakatane and Kawerau. Your part-time roster will include weekends, public holidays and additional shifts to cover for annual leave in the team as required.
You will ideally have a medical background with venepuncture experience or be a qualified Phlebotomist, although this is not essential as full training will be given. A positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, flexibility and reliability are essential.
