We are currently recruiting for a keen and motivated entry level property consultant to join our busy property consultancy team in Hamilton. 

Not for the faint hearted, this property graduate role is an exciting one that involves working across a wide variety of interesting projects. 

Whether it is providing corporate property advice, successfully negotiating property transactions, advising on site selection or undertaking due diligence you will be working as part of our property, planning and in-house legal teams to provide support in delivering a myriad of challenging property solutions for our public and private sector clients. 

To be considered for this role you will need to be a self-starter, organised, have natural interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, strong decision-making skills, and an ability to work effectively in a team environment. 

A tertiary qualification and/or other recognised Property Accreditation combined with experience in the New Zealand market. Ideally, you will have experience and involvement with property aspects of large scale infrastructure projects and/or property transactions. 

As a minimum you will have; a positive attitude, passion for property and the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with people. Well-developed skills in administrative procedures are also valuable considerations for this role.
