We are looking for superstar Property Managers who have 3+ years previous experience in Residential Property Management. We have clients all over Auckland wanting amazing Property Managers to hit the ground running!

The role

Manage a portfolio of 90-120 properties
Liaise with landlords and tenants
Complete ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
Arrears Control
Manage Repairs & Maintenance
Conduct house inspections when required
Tribunal

The ideal candidate:

Previous Property Management experience
A current driver's licence and car
Commitment to superior customer service
