Our exceptional team of Property Managers is looking for another star to join us. The role covers an existing established portfolio of properties mainly located in South Auckland, so we are looking for a South Auckland property management specialist. 

We are looking for someone who has a strong background in property management, extremely organised and focused, is able to build and maintain strong working relationships with landlords and tenants, as well as show the ability to maintain and grow the existing portfolio.

This person will also have very strong communication skills, and come from a full portfolio management background.

As the role of a Property Manager is very demanding, as you no doubt know, we require a professional who works well under pressure. Being able to be a part of a strong team is imperative as well as the ability to autonomously run your own portfolio.

For the right candidate, there is the ability to treat the portfolio as your own 'business' to grow the portfolio size, revenue and therefore your earnings! There is ample opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to make this portfolio their own, and, with a great property manager in place Crockers can help you grow the portfolio further.

Previous experience with Palace software is preferable, but not essential. We also need a proven track record of success, a positive and proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
