We’re Kiwi Property, New Zealand’s largest owner of shopping centres and we’re looking for an amazing Assistant Centre Manager for The Base Shopping Centre in Hamilton.  Could that be you?

We've been around for more than 20 years and we proudly own and manage a $3.0 billion portfolio of real estate, comprising some of New Zealand's best shopping centres including Sylvia Park, and prime office buildings like ASB North Wharf and The Vero Centre in Auckland.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of this vibrant retail asset and join a small, fun and friendly team environment with excellent career progression.

As an Assistant Centre Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating a team of enthusiastic professionals.
• Assisting with monthly accounts such as reporting, budget planning, debtors and monthly accruals.
• Liaising with local authorities, customers, retailers and suppliers.
• Lease administration.
• Assisting with operational needs of the Centre.
• Ensuring the smooth running of the centre.

You will need relevant experience in either the property, or business sector and be able to prioritise, show initiative and work as part of a team.
