This position will lead the end to end operation of a section of a significantly sized portfolio nationwide. You will collaborate with the team and the Head of Property to devise strategies across property, facilities and workplace management. The role will be a balance of day to day operations and commercial/strategic elements.

Our client is a renowned industry leader with a house-hold brand. Their prominent portfolio is made up of predominantly high grade commercial assets and an interesting array of industrial assets. Along with on-going projects and developments, they have also acquired another business which has added significantly to their growing portfolio. You will be joining a well established property & workplace team that will support you in every aspect of your role.
Description
This position will lead the end to end operation of a section of a significantly sized portfolio nationwide. You will collaborate with the team and the Head of Property to devise strategies across property, facilities and workplace management. The role will be a balance of day to day operations and commercial/strategic elements
Profile
The ideal candidate will have proven background in the following areas:
- Managing a mixed asset portfolio, both landlord rep and tenant rep experiences would be taken into consideration
- Facilities management, workplace management and project management skills are good additions but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement & relationship management skills
