This role is ideal for a stand out candidate who is able to manage a plethora of tasks. Dealing with engineers, contractors, tenants and landlords.
Reporting to the national head of property and working with a well established and diverse team, who need a capable and personable property professional to assist with a period of change.

Description
Managing the delivery of a comprehensive facilities management service to a large and diverse property portfolio
Managing the physical security infrastructure and services in accordance with company policy in collaboration with the Fraud & Security risk Manager
Visiting properties regularly, auditing suppliers and contractors services levels to customer satisfaction
Financial forecasting, reporting and management of expenses in respect of the above responsibilities
Soft fit-out storage and disposal strategies that are sustainable and cost effective
Manage small fit-outs and re-locations allocated - this is a key component as we transition!
Collaborate with Property Managers to support larger fit-outs and re locations and other Property matters
Profile
Hold a Degree with a major in Property Management
Working knowledge of building services
Understand facilities Management and the importance of the function
Can foresee and mitigate building services
Calm yet confident under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hold a real passion for property and facilities management
Understand their role with regards to fit outs, moving sites and new developments
