Are you a hungry Salesperson with all the energy and desire in the world, but just not quite sure how to get there? Maybe you've been in the industry for a while and you're looking for some guidance to speed up your development? This role could be for you.

An opportunity has arisen for an Associate placement within the Birkenhead office, working alongside an experienced and successful Agent.

By definition this is a hybrid role between a Listing Agent and Buyers Agent. Your primary focus would be sourcing listing opportunities and dealing with team Buyer leads, whilst establishing your systems and marketing to build a strong and predictable business for the future.

You will being getting on the job coaching and support to develop your career from the Sales Manager Jason Yianakis, and day-day support from the Lead Agent. As your skills progress, you will be able to develop and grow into the next stage of your career to get you to the point of being a very successful listing Agent and/or have a team of your own.

The skills and attributes required for the role:

• A current Real Estate License
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with people quickly
• An organised, systematic and thorough approach
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude
• A strong desire to succeed within the industry
• Able to work to targets and KPI's
• Be coachable and a team player
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
