Wynter Property is working on behalf of a specialist Property Development Company with substantial commercial  projects both underway and planned. Working privately and through JV partnerships, this business has a range of projects in the traditional areas of Retail and Commercial Property.
 
With a view to providing innovative, commercially astute end products, this company’s philosophy is to always exceed client expectations. As business opportunities continue to present themselves, a need has come about for a Project Development Manager who shares the same values to join this Auckland-based team.
 
Responsibilities include:

• Overarching management of construction contracts
• Oversight of Tenancy Co-ordination practices
• Project oversight of delivery through to tenant handover
• Consultant interaction and management for Structural, Geotechnical, Traffic and Civil components;
• Consultation with Planners and Council relating to District Plan rules, consents, contributions and legal issues.

As the ideal candidate you will ideally come from a client-side background and understand how to get the best out external project management teams. You may currently be a Project Manager looking to step away from the day to day management of projects or be in a development capacity currently and looking to work for fresh-faced yet highly experienced business.
 
Moneywise this role will pay $120k - $150k with concessions being made for exceptional candidates.
