What's the role?

We are looking for a positive and self-motivated individual to Head up our Research & Consulting division at JLL in New Zealand.

You may be a senior analyst who is looking for the next step up, a Valuer who needs a career change, or a Property Manager who wants to move into a role which is more focused on market analysis.

You will play a key role in assisting in the long term business development of the firm and have a very public role to play, writing and presenting on real estate topics both internally and externally at various industry events. You will also manage the team's research programme, producing JLL research and providing consulting services to JLL clients and to staff internally. Further you will be leading client engagements to secure transactions and be expected to provide insight into the future property market.

To be suitable, you are required to have a minimum five years' experience in the property (or related) industry, research and/or consultancy. You need to have a strategic mindset and intellectual curiosity, excellent numeric skills and excellent communication skills. The role also involves presenting market insight to industry professionals so would suit someone who enjoys public speaking.
