As the Senior Commercial Property Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio consisting mainly of commercial and retail assets.
You will focus on adding value to your clients, optimising performance of the properties maximising income through lease and rental negotiations, managing operating costs and reporting to clients. You will identify opportunities to add value to the portfolio and manage costs associated with these assets. You will be responsible for preparing detailed asset plans, budgets and financial reports.
This is an exciting time to join the team as there are some high end developments underway, as the Senior Commercial Property Manager you will play a key role in ensuring these projects are delivered.
