Due to our growing business we are now looking for an experienced Development Manager to join our Christchurch based team that drives all commercial aspects of the business.
To be successful in this role you will need to develop strong relationships across the business, together with external stakeholders and groups including Developers, Land Owners, Government and Local Authorities, Suppliers, Consultants and Real Estate Agents. Maintaining a current knowledge of opportunities and competitor strategies will be essential.
You will ideally have:
• a relevant tertiary qualification in property or similar
• minimum of 10 years development management experience
• strong business acumen with excellent relationship management
• an ability to work in a team environment
• an affinity with Ngāi Tahu values and aspirations.
