Our Rental Department requires a Property Manager with excellent customer service skills to help manage an existing Portfolio. We are an award winning team with a lot of experience and can offer daily support and training to the successful candidate. While experience is an advantage is it not essential. You will handle all facets of Property Management including, admin, tenanting properties, maintenance inspections, rental appraisals, preparation of tenancy agreements and prospecting for new business. You will deal directly with tenants and landlords as well as contractors, so you need to be a team player with good interpersonal skills. Some weekend work will be required. To excel in this position you need:
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Confident Accounts Admin Skills.
Excellent Computer skills, knowledge of Palace Property Management system a plus.
Outstanding English communication skills.
Mature personality with great time management skills. Local knowledge of the Auckland Rental Property Market. Full NZ Drivers Licence essential. Potential to increase your earnings in a relatively short time.
