Quivonic Napier are a well-established property management agency in the local area. Our well experienced team are responsible for tenanting and managing quality family homes across the Napier area on behalf of both absentee owners and investors.
Predominantly your time will be spent prospecting for new business while the other part of your role will be spent managing and growing existing key relationships with our channel partners and property owners. To do this effectively you will maintain an active call cycle, ensuring all of your clients are supported and engaged with the business.
The Person
- Impeccable personal presentation
- A drive for results and a need to consistently exceed customer expectations
- Strong sales presentation and negotiation skills
- Tenacious, enthusiastic, positive, goal orientated
- Is highly driven and seeks the further challenge of finding new business
- Superior communication – credible and engaging
- Previous experience in any sales or business development field
- Current drivers licence
The Role
- Prospecting and networking for new business
- Property appraisals and sales meetings with prospective landlords
- Attending networking and channel sales meetings to establish key relationships
- Maintaining the company CRM to ensure all leads are recorded and consistently followed up
- Cold calling to generate new business
