This full service Real Estate Company is looking for you, an intermediate-level Property Manager.
If you would like to work for a business that has high quality assets, a determined set of clientele and a social and fun working environment, then this could be your place. The Role
You will be exposed to many aspects in the day to day running of a commercial property portfolio. Here you will be working alongside senior experienced property experts, but taking overall responsibility for the operations of your assets in a management capacity. You will be active in the following and more:
- Tenant and client relationship management
- Rental income growth
- Leasing of premises
- Regulatory compliance
- Building income and expenditure budgets
- Monthly reporting
This is an operational role that can extend your current skills in property while developing further skills through a strong leadership platform.
You
You will need to have current property experience to hit the ground running in this position, at least 2-3 years is ideal as it is an Intermediate position.
You will be motivated to learn, to adapt, and be flexible. A person that succeeds in this role will be a multi-tasker at life, have excellent decision making skills, and eye’s for detail. If you are motivated to put in a couple of years hard work learning from experienced Senior’s within the business, then this role will be a good match for you. Excellent communication skills and written skills are paramount.
