Russell Hardie (ReMax Central) have a position within their company for a Property Manager.  This role entails inspecting properties, handling maintenance requests and Landlord liaison.  The ability to time manager and carry out work in an efficient manner is vital.  Duty of care and striving to do well are two main characteristics they are looking for. 
 
There is also letting responsibilities which involves meeting prospective tenants, processing applications and completion through to the tenancy agreement stage.
