Our client is a leading local residential rental company. An opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join their highly successful team.
The role is varied and will include managing a large portfolio of rental properties, dealing with tenants and contractors, organising tenancy agreements and property inspections. Your interpersonal, problem solving and organisational skills will be well utilised in this busy role.
You may have had some exposure to the Property market or keen to become a Property Manager. It will be essential for you to have a full driver's licence, be highly organised and a good administrator.
