Auckland Property Management Ltd is currently looking for a full time Residential/Commercial Accounts Manager, to join our team in Epsom.

You be responsible for achieving the ongoing tasks and meeting the various deadlines associated with this varied role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Commercial portfolio property budgets and forecasts
  • Preparation for  Monthly Management Reports
  • Overseeing of commercial tenant rent billings and outgoing charges.
  • Monthly analyses of income statement for individual residential and commercial properties.
  • Generate, review, print and distribute monthly commercial and residential owner statements
  • Prepare and complete month-end and year-end closings
  • Generate adjusting journal entries with supporting backup for recurring and accrued expenses.
  • Review of the financial statement package to ensure that all system-prepared schedules reconcile to other system-prepared schedules, including documentation of any reconciling differences requiring variance explanations and providing clear.

Primarily you will manage the accounting side of Commercial and Residential portfolio, with the additional responsibility of preparing monthly reports for management. You will support the finance team to carry out their function and provide a broad understanding of a corporate finance team. This role would suit someone with a very strong eye for detail and exceptional communication skills

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years accounting experience and relevant degree qualification.
  • Strong Commercial experience
  • Communication and team skills all highly valued
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
  • Previous experience in a Property Management role would be ideal
