Our client is rapidly expanding within the Real Estate industry, they are now looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate in doing Sales and Business Development, someone who go getter and goal oriented.

As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities involve the following but not limited to:

• Manage and develop a pipeline of new business to maximize centre occupancy and usage
• Coordinate all implementation activities through a broad governance structure, and gaining executive alignment at all levels to develop needed support
• Growing, retaining and renewing the relationship with existing customers
• Pre & Post sales activities, management
• Recruit, induct, train and develop team to maximize their performance and engagement
• Reviews, motivates, coaches, and fosters creativity within team
• Training new hired team members and existing members' refresh and updated program
• Assign & delegate clear tasks and responsibilities
• Develop a well thought out business plan with clear achievable objectives
• Identify business opportunities and implement effective solutions to capture  

The successful candidate should have the following profile

• Ideally with at least 5 years in Real estate industry and or proven good sales track record
• Pleasant personality with strong operations and management skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Result and customer oriented with multi-­tasking capabilities
• Customer focused with the desire to work within a service industry
• Experience in serviced office or related industry an advantage
