Quinovic Property Management based in Whangarei have an opportunity for a dynamic Senior Property Manager to take over an existing portfolio of residential properties in the region.

About the Role
In this role you will work as part of a supportive team ensuring all property management services are delivered in a manner that meets or exceeds the expectations of all owners and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain excellent business relationships with property owners and tenants
- Undertake rental appraisals and any other property management tasks that may be required
- Advertising of new listings and vacant properties
- Quarterly Inspections
- Identifying, organising and coordinating repairs and maintenance as required
- Managing all queries in relation to properties and processes
- Monitoring and acting on rent arrears
- Finding and placing qualified tenants
- Monitoring rent levels in line with market conditions and undertaking scheduled rent reviews
- Attending Tenancy Tribunals as required
- Any other property management tasks as directed
To succeed in the role you will need:
- A successful track record in property management preferably at a senior level
- A confident and personable nature with excellent customer service skills
- To be results driven with the ability to handle high workloads under pressure
- A confident and personable nature with the ability to build and nurture professional relationships
- To be driven and tenacious with the perseverance to deliver results in a competitive marketplace
- A good understanding of the NZ Residential Tenancies Act.
- A clean New Zealand driver’s licence
- Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills
