Our Brokerage firm has gone from strength to strength and are in need for a highly motivated individual to join NZ’s top performing Brokerage team in a very niche market.

You will be facilitating office duties and providing assistance to our busy office.

If you enjoy dealing with people of all levels, most notably professionals then this could be the role for you.

 

This role would suit a graduate or someone who has a passion for networking with Professionals at an executive level.

 

The following qualities/skill are required:

·         Have a great handle on Microsoft Office suite

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Attention to detail

          Able to learn and streamline operational procedures

·         A ‘go-getter’ and willing to learn

·         Open to further study if required

·         Great personality and upbeat

          Able to multitask and work towards deadlines


Your role will include but will not be limited to:-

·         Marketing campaigns/Mail merges

·         Maintenance of database records

·         Relationship building with existing clients

·         Organising and planning for the brokerage team

·         Ad hoc office duties

·         Maintaining social media accounts

·         Client queries (however ongoing training provided)
