About the role
- Planning maintenance reports and invoices including coding and verification
- Manage the documentation and tracking process including new and existing leases
- Organise meetings between clients, tenants, contractors and other parties
- Drive success through initiating administrative processes
- Assisting with tenancy applications
- You will need to work in a collaborative environment
Do you fit the profile?
You will need to have;
- Direct level experience in property and/or facility administration
- Strong administrative process understanding
- Thoroughly enjoy ‘hitting the ground running’
- Be open and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, proactive attitude
- Actively contribute to the role tasks
- Can start immediately
- Clean NZ driver’s license
- Excellent computer skills (e.g. word, excel, outlook)
