Candidates with experience in facilities management tend to be either former tradespeople with strong hard services and technical skills, or corporate and great with processes, business and reporting. Candidates who can demonstrate that they are strong on either side or those who want to develop new skills will be well positioned for this opportunity.

Job Offer:

This permanent full time role based in Parnell, Auckland, will be suitable for a mid-level facilities coordinator, or a strong Administrator seeking to add value and boost their experience in working in an FMCG Corporate/Manufacturing environment.

Directly supporting the Facilities Manager as the Integrated Facilities Management Partner for our client on site, this role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of operational client facilities and management of self-delivery activities; e.g. janitorial and handyman services, all while maintaining a safe working environment and being the first point of contact for all reactive works for the client, sub-contractors, consultants and key stakeholders, with the end to end management of works being the main duty of this role.
