We are looking for an experienced lawyer to join our fast growing commercial and finance practice in Tauranga. The role will give you exposure to a wide range of commercial and finance work for domestic and international clients, as well as opportunities to develop specialist skill sets and to progress your career. You will be working with lawyers who have returned to Tauranga with many years of international experience.
We are looking for a lawyer with solid experience as a transactional lawyer. You will work alongside the Partners with a good deal of autonomy and you will handle complex work. You will need to have a strong work ethic and excellent communication, written, analytical and transaction management skills.
We also expect you to have a life outside of the office and we will support you in finding the right work-life balance.
