We are looking for a talented, driven lawyer to help us with these projects and to become the go-to legal provider in the district.
This new role is part of a medium to long term strategy for the firm and provides a real opportunity for progression.
You will work with a commercial property partner across a range of work including:
- Construction contracts;
- Agreements to lease for new and existing developments;
- Joint ventures;
- Corporate structuring;
- Large scale property financing;
- Facilities Management Agreements.
