Simpson Grierson is looking for an experienced commercial solicitor to join its busy, leading Technology  team, in the Auckland office. Whether you're relocating or looking for a new opportunity, this could be the role that enables you to develop your career.
  
We are looking for a lawyer with at least 3 years' experience in commercial law.  Experience in Technology, M & A, business structuring, utilities or regulatory would be an advantage.  You'll have excellent communication, written and analytical skills, and will be self-managing and efficient with a strong work ethic.
 
The role offers fantastic quality work, and the opportunity to build solid client relationships with a variety of corporate clients.  You'll be able to build your expertise in Technology, with the support of a team of specialists.
